Excellent experience. Elliott was awesome. He offers a consult and we took him up on it as we had several issues including pet stains of urine and vomit. He pre treated those spots and fortunately it all worked. We live in a quad level home and he did the master bedroom, living and dining rooms. Also the family room, all the stairs and an oval rug we have in the kitchen. He took that one out to the driveway and cleaned both sides.
